Location is perfect, just steps from public transport and surrounded by great dining options. The spacious rooms feature nice views and include handy kitchenette facilities, making it easy to relax after exploring the area.
The elevator feels cramped and slow, which can be a hassle, especially when lugging bags. Some furnishings in the room seem outdated, like the old sofa with peeling surfaces and a worn rug that didn't look as clean as one would hope. Pillows lacked support, leading to some uncomfortable nights. The kitchenette was poorly equipped. the absence of a toaster or proper utensils made it less functional for self-catering. Moreover, the bathroom fan was rather loud, disrupting the quiet we sought during our downtime.

We had a fantastic time here for our family trip, especially enjoying the spacious two-bedroom suite complete with Nespresso coffee and free beers each day. The kids loved the pool and the nearby parks were perfect for relaxing afternoons. Just a heads up, the elevator is a bit small, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 🌟

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a perfect location
My stay was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Vienna Opera House and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious, featuring a kitchenette and a comfortable living area, which made it feel like a home away from home. The complimentary refreshments in the lobby were a delightful touch. However, I think the elevator could definitely handle more capacity for easier access during busy times.

The stay was a delightful experience with spacious, warm, and clean rooms that made our family trip a joy. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and even recognized our mother's birthday with a thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect for the attractions we wanted to visit, all within a short walk. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a gourmet supermarket just across the street for any essentials.
